At Superone, we strive to provide high-quality car accessories and charging solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
1. Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item was delivered within the last 30 days.

The product is in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

The product is unused and undamaged.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Support: Email us at support@superonemall.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the specific return instructions and the confirmed return address.

Shipping: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Quality Issues/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Superone will cover all return shipping costs.

Customer Reasons: For non-quality related returns (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong model), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. These costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at support@superonemall.com.
